Jaime Monasterios
General Manager
Jaime has been a service technician since 2013 and has grown to be a master technician and Fresno's #1 boss!
His favorite way to spend his free time is with his family. Soccer is his favorite sport and he has gotten the whole team ready for the 2026 World Cup!
What does he love about being a service technician? Meeting all of our customers, making them comfortable and leaving them happy!
His favorite thing about Just Air Heating & Cooling is that it's family owned and operated and we have amazing vibes!
Molly Martinez
Office Manager
The Mama Bear of our family, Molly has been working administration for the HVAC industry for over 20 years! She is the one keeping everything together!
Working in customer service is fulfilling to Molly because she gets to talk to interesting people and help them solve issues. Highly organized and creative, she takes on the job of running this office always with the intention of making our customers happy and our staff feel cared for.
In her pastime, Molly loves binging tv shows and watching history documentaries, cooking for her family and friends and reading. Her favorite food is coffee! Lots of it!
Molly loves working for Just Air Heating & Cooling because it's the first company she's worked for that truly supports each other like family!
Alma Inzunza
CSR / Dispatch
Alma has been in the customer service field for over 20 years! She keeps our techs running and our customers happy!
She enjoys traveling with her family, listening to music from the 80's & 90's and waits all year for football season!
Her favorite thing about being a customer service representative is getting the chance to help people facing stress and giving them peace of mind.
She loves working at Just Air Heating & Cooling because the whole team is very friendly, professional and we all work together to get the best results for the good of the company and our customers.
David Kennedy
Comfort Advisor
David has been in the sales occupation for most of his adult life! After spending 6 years living and working in Hawaii, he's back in the Valley working hard to provide information and upgrades about the HVAC systems of our customers! He has all the answers!
While driving around the Central Valley, he enjoys rotating through his large catalogue of various music genres. In the fall, watching the San Francisco 49'ers is one of his favorite things to do, along with woodworking! What's his pet peeve? Toilet paper rolled under.
David loves his job because he finds people fascinating and he gets to speak with different people every day! He likes working for Just Air Heating & Cooling because of the support the team gives each other!
Marco Delgado
Lead Installer / Service Tech
Marco began his HVAC career 3 years, starting his technical learning right out of high school! He has grown to be an accomplished service technician and we depend on his knowledge as our lead installer!
In his downtime, Marco likes to watch the NBA and play basketball. He likes to listen to hip hop rolling around Fresno on his way to service calls. His favorite food is his mom's tamales!
When asked what he likes about being a service technician, Marco said he loves talking with all of the different people he gets to meet. His favorite thing about working at Just Air Heating & Cooling is his boss! It's a lucky person who can say that about his workplace!
Francisco Ruiz
Service Tech
Francisco is an experienced service technician who cut his teeth working for a couple of different companies here in the Valley. He is careful, thorough and dependable. He is quickly becoming a shining star in our company's awesome technician line up!
Francisco loves to do outdoor activities with his 2 small children and wife. He is in a soccer league, so of course soccer is his favorite sport and he is looking forward to watching the 2026 World Cup hosted here in the United States!
Educating and helping customer is what he likes most about his job! Francisco enjoys working for Just Air Heating & Cooling because of the comraderie of the team and the work he gets to do.
Kee Moua
Service Technician
Kee has been working in the Valley with HVAC since 2021. The newest technician on our team, and fast on the approach of being a trusted source of information, Kee's fun personality fits right in!
On the weekends he's free from working, Kee likes to go on hikes around the beautiful trails around the Fresno area foothills. He likes playing basketball while listening to alternative rock! His favorite food is a toss-up between sushi and pho. Want to know what he doesn't like? People who tailgate others on the freeway! Slow down, y'all!
Being a service technician is important to Kee because there's independance, along challenges he's up for! His likes working at Just Air Heating & Cooling because he gets to continuously learn on the job and through our weekly training classes.
Marcus Mergerson
Service Technician
Marcus is a great addition to our team, not only of his careful review of HVAC systems, but because of his positive attitude! There's not a morning he doesn't meet with a smile.
Family is at the center of Marcus' universe. He loves traveling with his wife and pack of kids! He looks forward to football season every year, and his favorite food to eat is fettucini alfredo. What he can't 'stand' are feet!
He likes the freedom of independance he gets by being a service technician, while working as a team to make every service call a success! When asked what he likes about working for Just Air Heating & Cooling, his response was, "Everything"! He said even though it's his job, it's a fun place to be!
Carolyn Martinez
Outside Sales
Carolyn has been in the sales field for over 30 years! She has perfected relaying all the information needed to make a potential customer feel heard and understood.
Camping throughout the year is Carolyn's favorite past time. When she's not camping she is staying current with all of the great TV shows out there and watching sports, especially football!
Carolyn loves working at Just Air Heating & Cooling because every person can truly rely on anyone on the team for an assist!
Samira Monasterios
CSR / Marketing
Samira is a full-time student at CSU Merced and will be graduating this year with a bachelor's degree in business! She is our greatest resource on what our younger customers want to see from a service company.
Samira loves singing, making even the dreariest song beautiful! She loves to spend time with her family and friends on the weekend and playing with her new kitten.
Working at Just Air Heating & Cooling is awesome for her because while we rely on her knowledge and we give her the time to perfect her craft!
